AB Description of the letter from the Sudeten German cinema owners E. Hollmann and K. Viehmann to the Hofmeister's office in Vienna in 1914.The letter concerns a request for permission to make a celebratory film about Emperor Franz Joseph I. The following is an analysis of the circumstances of the project's creation and its setting in the business environment of Czech Germans in the field of cinema at the beginning of the 20th century.
