Excerpt from the resolution and minutes of the meeting of the Cultural Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, which, after its establishment in September 1948, immediately turned its attention to the situation in Czechoslovak state cinema and particularly focused on the issue of dramaturgy and its reorganisation.
