Masters and Workers of National Culture. The Image of the Artist in the Czech Feature Films in the Years After February 1948

The study focuses on the characters of artists in Czech feature films from 1948 - 1956. In the first part of the study, the author outlines ideological formulas extracted from cultural and political texts of the immediate post-revolutionary period, on the basis of which the purposiveness of the selected film types becomes clearer.
