semi-professional or a "professional amateur"? Filmmaking between amateurism and professionalism

The author deals with the existence of corporate film studios in Czechoslovakia and the production of industrial films that were made not only in these specific production conditions, in which the features characterizing both amateur and professional production were intertwined, but also in purely amateur film clubs.
