Urban and Film Sociology. Inocenc Arnošt Bláha and His Role in the Survey of Brno after Second World War

The study is devoted to the founder of sociology in Czechoslovakia - Inocent Arnošt Bláh and his work. Firstly, it presents the sociological research of the city of Brno with all its issues as they developed during Bláh's scientific activity, then the article also focuses on his sociological interest in film in the contemporary context.
