Olga Schoberová, a Film Star in the Context of Czechoslovak Cinema of the 1960s

The study deals with the star image of the actress Olga Schoberová in the specific conditions of socialist Czechoslovakia between 1963 and 1970. Schoberová represented a unique type of star combining typical features of Western film stardom with specific Czech features in the context of political and social changes in Czechoslovakia in the late 1960s.
