Scenic Film - The Nature of the Subject. E. F. Burian and "May" in the Theater D 35 and D 36: Two version of a Scenic Film (Genesis and Reconstruction)

Reconstruction and analysis of Burian's staging of Mácha's May in the theatre D 35 and D 36 using a stage film created by Jiří Lehovec and later Čeněk Zahradníček. The use of film as a montage element, a detail related to the actor's action and to complete the mood.
